Eligibility:
The Discount Voucher Program is open to eligible members and non-members of ISACA Sri Lanka who have received a valid Discount Voucher through a promotional campaign. Eligibility may vary based on the specific promotion.
Program Terms:
The Discount Voucher is valid for a specified duration and can be used only for products and services offered by the participating vendors. The terms and conditions for each Discount Voucher will be specified on the voucher itself, and any additional terms and conditions specified on the voucher will apply.
Voucher Redemption:
The Discount Voucher can be redeemed at participating vendors, subject to their terms and conditions. ISACA Sri Lanka is not responsible for the redemption of the Discount Voucher and is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participating in the program.
Liability:
The recipient agrees to hold harmless and indemnify ISACA Sri Lanka, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, from and against any and all losses, damages, claims, liabilities, expenses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from the recipient's participation in the Discount Voucher Program.
Marketing Consent:
By participating in the Discount Voucher Program, the recipient gives consent to ISACA Sri Lanka to use the information shared with ISACA Sri Lanka for marketing activities related to ISACA Sri Lanka.
Modification, Suspension, or Termination:
ISACA Sri Lanka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Discount Voucher Program at any time and for any reason without notice.
Applicable Laws and Regulations:
The Discount Voucher Program is subject to all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws.
Transferability:
The Discount Voucher Program is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes.
Lost or Stolen Vouchers:
ISACA Sri Lanka is not responsible for lost or stolen Discount Vouchers.
Expiry Date:
The Discount Vouchers are valid only for the specified duration and cannot be used after the expiry date.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
The Discount Vouchers are subject to any additional terms and conditions specified on the voucher.
Responsibility for Products and Services:
ISACA Sri Lanka is not responsible for any products or services purchased with the Discount Vouchers, nor for any issues related to the quality, safety, or delivery of those products or services.
No Warranty:
ISACA Sri Lanka makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Discount Voucher Program, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
By participating in the Discount Voucher Program, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions serve as a summary of the Discount Voucher Program and should be read in conjunction with any additional terms and conditions specified on the Discount Voucher and any legal agreements signed by the recipient.
